DEATH CERTIFICATE – POWER OF ATTORNEY – SUCCESSION CERTIFICATE ATTESTATION FROM SAUDI EMBASSY
All these documents have great connection with each other as the death certificate needs to be attested to verify and confirm the death of deceased, power of attorney needs to be attested in order to receive the dues of the deceased lying with his employer in Saudi Arabia and Succession Certificate is also required to be attested in order to determine the legal heirs of deceased, so in this case the following documents are required to complete the procedure:
Check List of Documents (if deceased died in Pakistan)
- Death Certificate (issued by NADRA) attested by MOFA (if person died in Pakistan).
- Succession Certificate issued by concerned Family/Civil Judge attested by MOFA.
- Power of Attorney (attested by MOFA) in favor of person who receives the dues from the company in Saudi Arabia.
- Iqama Copy of deceased.
- Iqama Copy of person who receives dues from the employer.
- Copy of Exit / Entry List of deceased (if he died in Pakistan).
- CNIC copies of all legal heirs of deceased.

- Succession Certificate issued by concerned Family/Civil Judge attested by MOFA.
- Power of Attorney (attested by MOFA) in favor of person who receives the dues from the company in Saudi Arabia.
- Iqama Copy of deceased.
- Iqama Copy of person who receives dues from the employer.
- CNIC copies of all legal heirs of deceased.
