Requirements for Birth Certificate Attestation from UAE Embassy

• Birth Certificate should be attested by MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Pakistan).
• CNIC & Passport copy of Father.
• CNIC & Passport copy of Mother.
• Copy of Marriage Certificate (Attested by MOFA and UAE Embassy).
